SarahJane McGuigan

SarahJane McGuigan is a people engagement and operations specialist who worked in technology start-ups for 12 years before joining IOHK in 2021. SarahJane helps companies develop their HR processes and expand rapidly, and brings life to organizations by developing culture and putting people first. She has also held client-facing roles as a customer success director. This commercial focus has allowed her to create holistic strategies that align people to purpose and vision. SarahJane has a master’s in human resource management from Dublin City University, is a certified project manager, and an MBA graduate from Technology University Dublin.
