Pawel Jakubas

Pawel Jakubas has an MSc in finance and banking from Warsaw School of Economics, and an MSc (Eng) from Warsaw University of Technology. He did research into condensed matter theory using high-performance computing to gain a PhD in physics from the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has worked for a high-tech multinational and start-ups solving engineering problems in consumer electronics, media and finance industries. He joined IOHK in 2018. Pawel’s professional interests include building high-assurance distributed systems using pure functional programming languages, data science and machine learning.
