Oleksiy Shevtsov

Oleksiy Shevtsov is a PhD student of Information Technologies Security Department at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Ukraine. He got his Master’s degree at the same department. He has research experience in public key cryptography and cryptanalysis, including development of new primitives.

Oleksiy has published several papers in peer-reviewed Ukrainian journals. Now he researches effectiveness of distributed consensus protocols and their security.
