Oksana Halby

Oksana Halby holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in the US and has given lectures on project management to software engineers and data scientists at undergraduate and master’s levels. She has coordinated multidisciplinary teams for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, governments, and academia in the US and Europe. Oksana enjoys bringing diverse groups together, leads the improvement of program policies and procedures, and mentors practitioners in program management and the principles of continuous improvement. She joined IOHK in 2021.
