Colin Edwards is a ‘quant’, a financial mathematician, with expertise in the valuation and forecasting of financial instruments, econometric modeling and risk management. He is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, having worked for Goldman-Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and several hedge funds before joining IOHK in 2020. His focus is on applying machine learning techniques to predict the real world and understand what drives fundamental value. Colin also has a strong professional interest in algorithmic trading and statistical arbitrage.
